Solutions for façade and windows

We are proud with our choice!

It was decided to fully recreate the historical look of the façade. Laboriously, using old drawings of Eijens Laube and remaining photographs, we are recreating decorative elements on the roof using special materials, lost fragments of stucco decorations; and with the help of specialists from Architectural Monuments Protection Inspectorate and construction authorities of Riga we are choosing the colors matching the façade colors of that époque.

All front-side façade window-frames have been recreated keeping the decorative elements, but using modern technologies from thickened squared beam (78мм) and double glass packet for additional noise and heat insulation. 

All outward and inward facades have been insulated and reconstructed.
