Constructive solutions

To give a new life to the building and offer the comfort of highest standards to the future owners of apartments the following works have been completed:

• The main solution have been made for old wooden floor construction – changing them for  reinforced conrcete. Having made detailed research and calculations, have been done special reinforcing jobs for basement and bearing constructions. And then old wooden floors have been removed and new reinforced concrete floors have been constructed inside whole building on every floor. Now can be said that the building will serve for houndred years, remaining old stylish Modern outlook and makes glad future generations of Riga citizens and guests.
• The roof construction was completely changed and provided with modern heating insolation.
• New lifts construtions have been installed in all entrances
